Jennifer Fiorini, MD is a graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She moved to Charleston, SC, to attend medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina where she graduated in 2000. Dr. Fiorini then completed her internship and residency in surgery at MUSC, including one year of research in solid organ transplant.
 

Dr. Fiorini is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. She has practiced general surgery with a special interest in breast surgical oncology for 13 years post training in the Charleston area. While on sabbatical from clinical practice, Dr Fiorini has joined the BlinkTBI team to explore additional medical applications for the EyeStat platform beyond traumatic brain injury.
