Traci Snedden Ph.D, RN, CPNP

Assistant Professor: School of Nursing, University of Wisconsin-Madison

Dr. Snedden is an Assistant Professor who engages in multidisciplinary Pediatric and Adolescent Concussion Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

 

Dr. Snedden’s research and clinical interests focus on pediatric and adolescent concussion but more broadly on sports safety, injury prevention and recovery, and overall student health and wellbeing. Her work is influenced by her diverse clinical background that reflects a long history in the highly-ranked Children’s Hospitals of Milwaukee, Seattle and Denver, where she provided care as an inpatient nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Units and as a pediatric nurse practitioner in the Pediatric Emergency Department. Her educational background is as follows:
